You are invited to be on the foundation of building an exciting organization passionate about supporting the arts in the Stapleton community.
Since 2013, a group of artists have been dedicated to bringing the annual Stapleton Open Studios tour to the community. Now it is time to take the vision of bringing art education and exposure to the next level – by forming a non-profit organization with the mission to cultivate vibrant communities through integrating art into the lives of people.
We are seeking your support and membership to Stapleton Artists, a non-profit (determination letter pending) organization. It is our goal to promote and provide an inclusive art community with member activities, art shows, art education, workshops, programs, and to also continue our annual open studios event.
It is our hope to have monthly meetings which will help establish the organization’s activities and to bring a component of education to the meetings i.e. speakers on art related subjects, possible critique sessions of members work, networking among the members, etc.
Therefore, whether you are an emerging or established artist, or you are an art appreciator who believes in the importance of art in your community; please consider joining us in supporting this organization.
Our first meeting will be February 6, 2017, in the MCA (Master Community Association) community room, 7350 E. 29th Ave., #300. (Entrance next to the Berkshire Restaurant) from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Please join us to learn more about the Stapleton Artists. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like more information, please continue to look around our website or email: email@example.com
